May I start off by saying that this is a nonsense free review.I am going to cut out the garbage you have read so far and give you the truth and only the truth.

Truth About Abs was once a #1 bestseller on Clickbank.com, but bear in mind that typically means that there was a lot of affiliates promoting it.
I always research the writer’s history before i recommend something . This means that I had to verify if Truth About Abs was any good. Turns out it was good but it wasn’t the greatest thing since sliced bread .
Truth be told, it was a really good book but a lot of the stuff I already knew. However I did find his suggestions about working out at home very useful . That part was easy to understand and easy to do…

Again, let me assure you that I will not regurgitate all the promotional hype. I will only give you facts so that you can make up your own mind.
So What do you With Truth About Abs ?
You get a book, a e-book. Basically this book is a training manual on how to get the abs you want. no complicated software to install with no extra frills.
What I Liked And Didn’t Like.
While Busy Man Fitness focused on workouts at home , Truth About Abs concentrates on exercises done primarily at the gym. Although it doesn’t reveal any “insider secrets” it does dispel some myths .
If you are looking for the lazy way to build six pack abs , this book is not for you . You will have to follow the exercise routine to see results . However, if you already are working out and can’t seem to get six pack abs, then this book will help.
My experience did not live up to the hype. I did not loose seven inches in eleven weeks , but my abs did start to show.
